Psychotherapy occurs in individual approaches. This approach includes play therapy and Indigenous services. Clients can choose from weekly, bi-weekly or occasional appointments as much as needed. Typically, 12 sessions are recommended to start for children and youth. Fees range from $180.
Couples and families can consider therapy to strengthen their experiences in their family, heal unhealthy patterns, and improve their relationships with each other. Fees begin at $224 to 350 per session.
We provide specialized services to victim services, non-health insured benefits for Indigenous people, and employee assistance counselling. Rates are determined by the third-party vendor.
Therapists who are currently awaiting registration with the College of Registered Psychotherapists or the College of Social Workers can provide therapy sessions at a lower cost. This is a supervised practice model. Connect with your insurance to ensure they are able to reimburse supervised practice. Interns, therapists who are still attending graduate school fall under "supervised interns".
Counselling fees are due on the date of the appointment, via e-transfer or credit card. Late fees are applied to accounts at the end of the month of 2% increase. Some insurance companies do not accept supervised counselling sessions, thus, it is important that you speak with your adjuster if you are hoping to receive reimbursement for your fees.
