Nicole Perryman, Clinical Director
Nicole Perryman, is an Adult, Youth and Family Therapist and Clinical Director of Aset Group Consulting and Counselling Services.
She possesses a Masters of Arts Degree in Counselling Psychology, a Masters of Social Work and two Bachelor of Arts Degrees. In addition, she is Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Service Workers and Social Workers. She is a Registered Child Play therapist with the Canadian Association of Play Therapy (C.A.P.T.), and a member of the Ontario Association of Social Workers (OASW).

Stephanie Geraci, Therapist
Stephanie is an Adult, Youth and Family Therapist at Aset Group Consulting and Counselling Services.
Stephanie has been working as a Crisis Intervention Worker since 2011 for agencies such
as Distress Centre Niagara, Distress Centre Durham and Durham Mental Health Services. She has been able to apply her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology studies towards becoming a Qualifying Counsellor of Canada through the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA) as she continues to seek clients for individual therapy at ASET Group Consulting and Counselling Services.
Stephanie has offered counselling to a wide array of populations including youth, adult, concurrent disorders, homelessness and others for the Rouge Valley Health System and Centre for Addiction and Mental Health.
Stephanie provides therapeutic interventions from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy and mindfulness modalities. Stephanie is also a yoga instructor in her second career and enjoys bringing in the mind-body connection practices into her group and individual therapy experiences as a future psychotherapist of Ontario.

Andrew Peterkin, Therapist
Andrew Peterkin, Adult and Youth therapist of Aset Group Consulting and Counseling Services. He posses possesses a Masters in Divinity- Clinical Counseling Degree. He is also a youth pastor at Dominion Church International. In addition, he is a member of the Ontario Association of Consultants, Counselors, Psychometrics and Psychotherapists (OACCPP). He also carries professional liability insurance. As a member of these associations, we are bound to the laws and ethical requirements as stated and found on the website.
He has worked with clients from various socio-economic-culturally diverse populations experiencing depression, anxiety, and relationship and professional problems. He has provided crisis intervention support, suicide risk assessment and safety planning and therapy to individuals who have experienced physical abuse, involved in the criminal justice system, substance issues and individuals with mental health issues. He uses and has knowledge of therapeutic interventions such as CBT, Mindfulness, Sensorimotor, Solution-Focused, DBT, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). In his spare time Andrew loves to write poetry and spoken word pieces that he performs.
Our Intern Therapists…
Throughout the year, we host several visiting therapists whose placements last for 3 to 9 months of the year from Masters of Social Work or Counselling Psychology graduate program. Our intern therapists play a critical role in our practice, and we are honored to have them as part of our team.
- Complete intake referrals on phone and in-person
- Provide 1- 12 session model therapy sessions
- Facilitate and lead group sessions
- May also observe senior clinicians upon consent of clients
- Offer low-cost subsidized counselling, similar to mental health agencies across Durham Region
- Receive intensive training, supervision and support
